One of the questions I get a lot is "what brushes do use?" Well in my kit I have 5 different brands of brushes each for different reasons. But one of the newest brush brands I have fallen for is Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman. I added my first real technique brush to mu kit about twelve months ago and haven't looked back.
The brushes feel and perform like top of the line professional brushes at a fraction of the cost. Samantha Chapman is a Makeup artist and a very successful beauty video blogger on Youtube, and her brushes reflect the quality required by professionals.
I have found a great website the sells these brushes at a lot less than Australian retail prices. I love to shop online but hate having to wait for slow international shipping. This was not an issue at all with iherb. The order arrived 3 days after I had placed my order, I was so impressed.
I purchased the core collection, the starter set a powder brush, the foundation brush and the stippling brush.
I also purchased a second set of the core collection to give away to one of you. I love these brushes so much that I wanted you to have an opportunity to see for yourself.

Great competition, Desiree! I never leave the house without some form of base. Be it a really light coverage tinted moisturiser, BB cream or more full coverage foundation for bad skin days! Oh and lip balm!
ReplyDeleteLove these brushes. I won't leave the house without moisturising. Rosehip oil is a must to keep me hydrated.
ReplyDeleteAt the moment my best friend is tea tree balm as I am covered in very attractive red spots from sand fly bites ... sexy I tell ya
ReplyDeleteVery nice brushes! I was just thinking about makeup brushes today..... I never leave home without my treasured and favourite lipgloss!! Or sometimes, a bronzer
ReplyDeleteIt's an old staple but I NEVER leave home without my Lucas Paw Paw ointment. That stuff is the bomb on my lips. It's the past $4 I spend maybe three or four times a year. And it's great for little scratches and irritations too.
ReplyDelete*PS, just discovered you via the Blog Chicks group! :)
Ugh... the past $4? I wrote past? What was I thinking? past = best.
DeleteDon't even ask how that became past. Embarrassment. *facepalm*
I won't leave the house without some foundation on (Stila) and a brush of 'by Terry' blush. Brings my face to life!
ReplyDeleteI won't leave the house without BB cream, just need to even out the base without scaring the peeps!
ReplyDeleteI won't leave the house without BB cream! As long as I've got that magic stuff on my face, I can face whatever comes my way :D
ReplyDeleteRight now its my Korres Lip Butter in Quince! :D
ReplyDeleteBoring as fuck, I know, but it's gotta be my Bloom/Boost lip balm. Best balm everrrr! x
ReplyDeleteBlack eyeliner... that's usually all I wear.
